the most varied starting with the climatic and environmental conditions, the region of Tuscany offers us; the manner in which the units cultivation and careful pressing of the olives. The extra virgin olive oil Toscano is produced with the traditional varieties of Tuscan olives “Leccino”, “Moraiolo” and “Frantoio”, harvested by hand in November and taken to the crusher by the next day, to ensure their immediate pressing and cold extraction.
