White Balsamic Dressing



Unlike traditional vinegar, balsamic vinegar comes from the pressing of the grape juice and not from wine, this makes it sweet and very tasty. Ideal for any dish: in salads after salt, before olive oil, in hot or cooked dishes before serving,

on fruit and dessert before sugar.

Due to the high concentration of grape juice, a few drops are enough to enrich even the simplest of recipes.



You can use the Balsamic Dressing as a tonic, to flavor

salads or for all uses that you can invent...

Here’s an idea for a cool drink and pleasant:

brown sugar,

tonic water (90 ml),

a little mint and L’Estro! (30 ml)
