PENDOLINO The origin is Tuscany and the name derives from the fact that the plant tends to assume a bearing and consequently an appearance similar to that of the weeping willow. Like the MAURINO variety in the field it is an excellent pollinator for many other varieties with an intermediate maturation The oil is delicate with hints of light fruity and almond. Equally light and in good balance are the bitter and spicy tones.
