Pignola
PIGNOLA It is a Ligurian olive especially from the province of Savona. The maturation is late and the resulting oil is aligned with the typical aspects of the territory.On the whole it is sweet, that is with light or no bitterness, a pleasant hint of olive and a pine nut aftertaste from which it takes its name by assonance with the term dialectal.
