Razzola

RAZZOLA It is a Ligurian olive typical of the La Spezia area. Like the Taggiasca also the Razzola denotes a double aptitude that is an optimal use for the table and for the mill. The maturation is intermediate and the oil is typical of the territory therefore tending to sweet. It has a good scent of fruit, fresh hints of herbs, a low level of bitterness and a spicy finish.
